Former Acting Secretary of the Air Force Endorses Coleman
January 30, 2018 -- TULSA, OKLAHOMA: Today, Tidal McCoy, the former U.S. Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Manpower & Reserve Affairs) and Acting Secretary of the Air Force, announced his endorsement of Captain Andy Coleman for the open congressional seat in Oklahoma’s First District.
“Andy Coleman’s experience as an Air Force Academy Graduate, combat veteran, and intelligence officer uniquely equips him to serve our country in Congress. Andy has real-world experience in some of the world’s most troubled hot-spots. Few members of Congress have the depth of foreign policy knowledge and experience dealing with the Muslim world that Andy brings to the table. Most importantly, Andy is the conservative in this race. I'm impressed with his commitment to limited government, free enterprise, and traditional family values. I’m pleased to endorse his candidacy for Congress,” stated McCoy.
“As a former Air Force officer, it is a great honor to be supported by the acting Secretary of the Air Force under President Ronald Reagan. I appreciate his support and that of the many other veterans and national security leaders supporting our campaign,” Coleman added.
Coleman has also been endorsed by Combat Veterans for Congress and Support and Defend PAC.
Captain Andy Coleman is seeking the Republican nomination for the open congressional seat in Oklahoma’s First District. He is an Air Force Academy Graduate and former Intelligence officer who served in the Middle East. He is the only candidate in the race with military, national security and experience working in the Muslim world – critical skill sets in short supply in the House. For six years, Coleman led efforts to aid persecuted Christians in 17 hostile and restricted countries, as the Middle East Regional Director for the Voice of the Martyrs, a Christian ministry based in Bartlesville.
