NATHAN DAHM RESPONDS TO THE LEAKED SUPREME COURT DECISION OVERTURNING ROE V. WADE
Oklahoma (May 3, 2022) - Oklahoma Senator Nathan Dahm, who authored the state's comprehensive ban on abortion and continues to serve as a fierce advocate for unborn lives, released the following statement regarding the 98-page leaked Supreme Court opinion overturning Roe v. Wade:
"Today is a historic day for our country. Overturning Roe v. Wade returns the issue of abortion back to the states, allowing legislators to implement comprehensive bans on abortion similar to my bill in Oklahoma.
Millions of lives will be saved thanks to the Court's ruling and President Donald J. Trump's commitment to electing constitutional conservatives to the Supreme Court.
The radical abortionists are prepared to fight the court's decision tooth and nail, evidenced by the leak. Whoever is responsible for leaking the Supreme Court's decision should be arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law."
