Former Congressman Jim Bridenstine, who served in the Trump administration as NASA Administrator, has endorsed former state senator Josh Brecheen in the crowded GOP primary for the 2nd Congressional District:
"Josh Brecheen is the type of courageous conservative we need in Congress. As a state senator he proved he could be trusted, standing firm against federal overreach and opposing leadership from both parties when they tried to raise taxes.
I am confident Josh is a man of integrity, and I am proud to endorse him for the U.S. House. He has my support, and I hope you will support him as well." -- Endorsement of Jim Bridenstine, Member of Congress 2013-2018, OK-1
Brecheen is one of 14 Republicans running for the 2nd Congressional District seat being vacated by Congressman Markwayne Mullin. The district covers all or portions of 28 counties -- most of eastern Oklahoma, running from Kansas in the north to Texas in the south.
